Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMYD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMYD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of chromosome organization, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with SMYD4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMYD4 results are reported.
