SMYD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMYD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMYD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, UBAP2L, and PUS7. Each is linked with SMYD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMYD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMYD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMYD2 versus CDC73 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMYD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMYD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
