SMYD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMYD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,749 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMYD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL18A, RPL3, and RPL32. Each is linked with SMYD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMYD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMYD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMYD1 versus RPL18A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMYD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMYD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
