SMYD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMYD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,929 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMYD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO2A, CRISPLD1, and RAB11FIP1. Each is linked with SMYD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMYD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMYD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMYD1 versus CORO2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMYD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMYD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
