SMYD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMYD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMYD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE7, GH2, and OC90. Each is linked with SMYD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMYD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMYD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLE7 grouped by SMYD1-low versus SMYD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMYD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMYD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
