SMURF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMURF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,517 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMURF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, RPL4, and RPL7. Each is linked with SMURF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SMURF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMURF2 versus PPIF in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMURF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMURF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
