SMURF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMURF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,810 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMURF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF8, BMP4, and FBXL13. Each is linked with SMURF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SMURF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMURF2 versus RASSF8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMURF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMURF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
