SMURF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMURF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMURF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, AATF, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with SMURF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SMURF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by SMURF2-low versus SMURF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMURF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMURF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
