Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMURF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,077 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMURF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, Primary alcohol metabolic process, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with SMURF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SMURF2 results are reported.
