SMURF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMURF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,593 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMURF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC43, CTSW, and MIR6784. Each is linked with SMURF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMURF1-to-partner and partner-to-SMURF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMURF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMURF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
