SMU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,539 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A51, DCAF10, and TTF1. Each is linked with SMU1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMU1-to-partner and partner-to-SMU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMU1 versus SLC25A51 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
