SMU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,121 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA1, UBAP2, and CHMP5. Each is linked with SMU1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMU1-to-partner and partner-to-SMU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMU1 versus DNAJA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
