SMU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMU1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ER-alpha_pS118, and MEK1. Each is linked with SMU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMU1-to-partner and partner-to-SMU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SMU1-low versus SMU1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
