Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,592 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMU1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Import into nucleus, Nuclear transport, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with SMU1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMU1-to-partner and partner-to-SMU1 results are reported.
