SMTNL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMTNL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,444 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMTNL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2, NES, and NFIB. Each is linked with SMTNL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMTNL2-to-partner and partner-to-SMTNL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMTNL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMTNL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
