SMTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,720 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL3A1, COL5A2, and MYH9. Each is linked with SMTN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMTN-to-partner and partner-to-SMTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
