SMPX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMPX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,696 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPSG1, NYAP2, and TRIM38. Each is linked with SMPX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPX-to-partner and partner-to-SMPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPX versus TPSG1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
