SMPDL3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPDL3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPDL3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX8, SNX3, and STX7. Each is linked with SMPDL3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPDL3A-to-partner and partner-to-SMPDL3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPDL3A versus CBX8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPDL3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPDL3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
