SMPD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, PPIG, and SF3B3. Each is linked with SMPD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPD4 versus SSB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
