Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP6, FAM110D, and DCN. Each is linked with SMPD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPD4 versus GIMAP6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
