SMPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,663 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOB2, TUBGCP5, and MCFD2. Each is linked with SMPD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOB2 grouped by SMPD4-low versus SMPD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
