Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMPD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,147 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with SMPD4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4 results are reported.
