SMPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf90, SLCO1C1, and GALR3. Each is linked with SMPD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf90 grouped by SMPD4-low versus SMPD4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
