The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SMPD2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SMPD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where SMPD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
