SMPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,492 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, NT5DC1, and MYO6. Each is linked with SMPD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPD2 versus CDC40 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
