SMPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 635 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01047, OR2AI1P, and RNU6-120P. Each is linked with SMPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01047 grouped by SMPD2-low versus SMPD2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
