SMPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,796 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HEATR1, PTMA, and TRIM33_S862. Each is linked with SMPD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMPD1 versus HEATR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
