SMPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM28, COX4I2, and MBD3L2. Each is linked with SMPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM28 grouped by SMPD1-low versus SMPD1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
