SMOC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMOC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,849 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMOC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML3, PRELP, and COMP. Each is linked with SMOC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMOC2 versus OLFML3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
