SMOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B1, LINC02113, and OR52E2. Each is linked with SMOC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B1 grouped by SMOC2-low versus SMOC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
