The most reproducible SMOC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of vascular wound healing, Mitochondrion organization, and Regulation of coagulation. Each is linked with SMOC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMOC2 results are reported.
