SMOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Leflunomide, RVX-208, and 50869. Each is linked with SMOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMOC2-to-partner and partner-to-SMOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Leflunomide grouped by SMOC2-low versus SMOC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
