Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MACROH2A2, MYL6B, and SMO_S771. Each is linked with SMO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMO-to-partner and partner-to-SMO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMO versus MACROH2A2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
