SMNDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMNDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,044 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMNDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF5, SMC3, and DNA2. Each is linked with SMNDC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMNDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SMNDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMNDC1 versus TAF5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMNDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMNDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
