SMNDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMNDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMNDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP158, RNA5SP472, and MIR6853. Each is linked with SMNDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMNDC1-to-partner and partner-to-SMNDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP158 grouped by SMNDC1-low versus SMNDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMNDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMNDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
