SMN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX20, MTREX, and DDX20_S714. Each is linked with SMN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMN1-to-partner and partner-to-SMN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMN1 versus DDX20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
