Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, DNA replication initiation, and Kinetochore organization. Each is linked with SMN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMN1-to-partner and partner-to-SMN1 results are reported.
