Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,977 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6, SMN2, and SERF1B. Each is linked with SMN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMN1-to-partner and partner-to-SMN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMN1 versus E2F6 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
