SMIM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,975 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactolipid biosynthetic process, Galactosylceramide biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus. Each is linked with SMIM6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM6-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Galactolipid biosynthetic process grouped by SMIM6-low versus SMIM6-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
