SMIM43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL3, SEPTIN1_S315, and MYO1G. Each is linked with SMIM43 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM43-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM43 versus RPL3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM43→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
