SMIM43

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM43-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, FBXO7, and DHDH. Each is linked with SMIM43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM43-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM43 versus JOSD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM43→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
