Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 980 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Response to acid chemical, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with SMIM43 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM43-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM43 results are reported.
