SMIM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,507 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAXBP1, PBRM1_S1453, and RASGRP2. Each is linked with SMIM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM4-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM4 versus PAXBP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
