SMIM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,285 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM23, UAP1, and LEXM. Each is linked with SMIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM4-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM4 versus ADAM23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
