Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM34B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,230 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMIM34B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Cilium movement. Each is linked with SMIM34B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM34B-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM34B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by SMIM34B-low versus SMIM34B-high in OVARY.
