SMIM31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM31-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA74C-1, OR12D2, and RNU6-271P. Each is linked with SMIM31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM31-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA74C-1 grouped by SMIM31-low versus SMIM31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM31→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
