SMIM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,690 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOX, CRISPLD2, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with SMIM3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM3-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM3 versus LOX in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
