Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,045 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' AMP biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with SMIM29 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM29-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM29 results are reported.
