SMIM23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 321 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAN, AKAP11, and PARP14. Each is linked with SMIM23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM23-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
