SMIM22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,032 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROGDI, ELMO3, and TMEM125. Each is linked with SMIM22 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM22-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM22 versus ROGDI in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
